Bio

After graduating from Yale, Neil Fulton earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota. He was chief of staff for Governor Michael Rounds of South Dakota for three years before serving as a federal public defender for the districts of South Dakota and North Dakota for nine years. He is currently dean of the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law.
