New Study Links Ungratefulness to Happiness

April fools!

In fact, studies show just the opposite — this is from Harvard Medical School: “In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.”

We’re always exploring gratitude (much like Ariana Grande) because it’s so foundational to living life boldly. Being more thankful reorients the way you look at life — consider incorporating more gratitude into your life by sharing thank you notes or keeping a gratitude journal.
