If Jesus were a contestant on Top Chef, what would he bring to the judges' table? In our sixth episode of Jesus' Favorite Podcast, we ask this question to world-renowned chef Kevin Gillespie, a contestant on season 6 of Top Chef.
Kevin began his culinary education at the Art Institute of Atlanta and was determined to gain the experience he needed to become a successful chef. While carrying a full course load at the Art Institute, he worked part-time at various restaurants, perfecting his craft. After graduating with honors, Gillespie held different positions at several well-known Atlanta restaurants, eventually working up to the position of executive chef and was offered a restaurant partnership.
