Are you feeling stuck? Ready for something more? Missing that spark of joy or gratitude?

If you’re navigating a specific hardship, these are really pressing questions as you seek a way through your suffering. When we run up against a limit to what we can solve about our problems, we need to change the way we relate to that suffering so that it doesn’t come to define our lives.

But even if your life is stable, the everydayness of life can be its own burden. We have some sense that we’re made for something more, but we don’t know where to go or what to do to find it.

Whether you’re looking for a path through troubles, or a new approach to the grind that’s wearing you down, the way forward is only found in interior work. No amount of shopping or exercise or distraction will satisfy that restlessness.

So here’s a method to dive into that interior work: a brief journaling exercise you can take on each evening to review your day. The structure of these pages will help you notice what you missed, find gratitude for the little things, honestly face where you came up short, and move into the next day with intentionality. Try this every day for a week and you’ll start to notice new things about yourself and your circumstances. Try it for a month and you’ll be transformed

Fill out the form below and we’ll send to your inbox a set of pdf pages that you can mark up on your mobile device or notes app, or print out to write on.
