#ABetterLight Live Q&A with Julia Hogan

On Dec. 9, Grotto invited licensed therapist Julia Hogan into a live-streaming Q&A session on our Instagram page. It was a chance for the Grotto community to ask any questions they had about therapy and caring for mental health.
Julia has been a regular contributor to Grotto and has shared her insights with us on all manner of topics — from self-care to dealing with stress to boundaries to helping friends who may be experiencing depression or anxiety or an eating disorder. Hosting the conversation was Javi Zubizarreta, Grotto’s Senior Video Producer, who has shared his own journey through anxiety and therapy with us before.
Tune in to catch Julia’s insights on what it’s like to begin an intentional practice to care for your mental health, and possibly including a therapist in that journey.
